When an upgraded model becomes available, we’ll notify you by email. Return your current wheelchair, and we’ll ship the upgraded model once it’s received.

Trade-in Upgrade
We typically launch next-generation models every year. With our Trade-In Upgrade Program, you can upgrade to the latest model without paying full price for a new wheelchair.
Eligibility Requirements
- Purchase Period: Wheelchair orders placed from November 1–30, 2026 (ET).
- Models: Air Pro 2027, Air Ultra, and Cruise Pro.
- Contiguous United States only.

How It Works
- Purchase: Buy an eligible wheelchair + Trade-In Upgrade.
- Enjoy Your Current Wheelchair.
- Get Notified: Receive an email when the new model is ready.
- Return: Send your current wheelchair back to OAS. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Get Upgraded: Receive your next-generation wheelchair for FREE once we receive your current wheelchair. Shipping is covered by OAS.
Refund & Cancellation
- Wheelchair Return: If you return your eligible wheelchair, the Trade-In Upgrade fee will also be cancelled & refunded.
- Opting Out: If you choose not to upgrade later, you can cancel the service & receive a full refund.
A Trade-In Example
Purchase an Air Pro 2027 on Nov. 1, 2026, then purchase the Trade-In Upgrade on Nov. 15 to qualify for a future Air Pro upgrade (e.g., Air Pro 2028).
