To view your referral progress and Credits: On desktop: Click the account icon in the top-right corner of the website. Log in to your account. Go to your Account Dashboard . Click “Check Your Credits” to view your reward balance. On mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner. Open the navigation menu. Tap the account icon at the bottom-left . Log in and go to your Account Dashboard. Select “Check Your Credits” to view your Credits.

Once registered, you’ll receive a unique referral link available on this referral page and in your account dashboard.

Share it with friends — they’ll receive a $50 OFF coupon code for their first OAS purchase through your link.

Earn Your Credits

Once your friend receives their OAS order and does not return it, your 50 Credits will be added to your referral account after 15 days.

How do I join the OAS Referral Program?

Why can’t I register for the referral program?

The OAS Referral Program is currently available only for customers who have previously purchased an OAS Mobility product.

Please make sure you register using the same email address used for your OAS purchase order.

How do I use my Store Credits?

To use your Store Credits:

Log in to your OAS account.
Add your desired products to your cart.
Continue to checkout while staying logged in.
At checkout, select “Apply Store Credit” under payment options.

Your available Credits will be applied automatically to your order.

For Friends (Referred Customers)

How do I claim my referral discount?

Open the referral link shared by an OAS owner.

Your exclusive discount code will appear on the page. Click the code section to copy it, then click “Shop Now” to visit our website.

At checkout, enter your discount code to receive $50 OFF your first OAS Mobility power wheelchair purchase.

Why isn’t my referral discount code working?

It may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. The discount code is only valid for new OAS power wheelchair purchases.

That is to say, it cannot be applied to accessories, replacement parts.
