Return & Exchange Conditions
- Where It Applies:Our return and exchange services are available for all orders within the continental United States.
- 7-Day Worry-Free Returns:Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s in like-new condition—no visible signs of use —and comes with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
- 60-Day Quality Assurance:If your product develops a manufacturing defect or functional issue within 60 days after delivery, you can choose a refund, a replacement, or a repair—at no extra cost to you. We’ll cover all shipping cost.
- Returns/Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons:For your safety and to ensure every customer receives a product in perfect condition, we can only accept returns or exchanges for quality-related issues.
Quick & Hassle-Free Processing:Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll complete the inspection within 1–2 business days. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement within 48 hours.
About Cost
- Quality Issues / Wrong Item / Shipping Damage:We will cover all round-trip shipping and handling costs.
- 7-Day Worry-Free Returns:For orders within the continental United States, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. No restocking fee applies.
- Returns Due to Buyer’s Personal Reasons:We do not accept any returns or exchanges resulting from personal reasons.

Return & Exchange Process
- Online Request:Click “Start After-Sales / Return & Exchange”, enter your order number and email, then select the issue type and preferred resolution.
- Return / Pickup:Download the prepaid shipping label or schedule a pickup service. Please pack the product securely, including battery safety labels and protective padding.
- Inspection:Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3–4 business days.
- Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds: Once approved, our finance team will process your refund within 2 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. This typically takes around 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Exchanges: Within 2 business days of approving your exchange request, our warehouse will dispatch a replacement electric wheelchair and provide you with a new tracking number.
Inspection Standards
- Appearance & Signs of Use:No scratches, dents, mud stains, or odors.
- Mileage:Indoor functional testing only (recommended ≤0.5 miles) and must not affect resale condition.
- Complete Packaging:Includes outer carton, inner lining, foam, straps, dust cover, and all accessories, manuals, tool kit, charger, etc.
- Gifts / Promotions:If the order included gifts or bundled offers, these must also be returned unused.
If any packaging or accessories are missing, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to send the missing items or spend the cost of the missing items.
Eligible for Return / Exchange
Eligible for Return / Exchange:
- 7 days worry-free return, product shows no obvious signs of use, and no quality issues caused by the customer.
- Within 60 days: Quality issues including manufacturing defects, functional faults, shipping damage, or wrong item delivered.
Not Eligible for Return / Exchange:
Obvious signs of use, cosmetic damage, liquid ingress, modifications, or self-repair.
Purchased through non-official channels.
Out of warranty or performance changes due to normal wear and tear.
