Order Processing Time

1. “Processing time” is the period between when you place an order and when we hand it over to the carrier.

2. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may ship the next business day.

3. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays). We work to keep any holiday-related delays to a minimum.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

• U.S. mainland (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):
– Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days
– Shipping cost: Free shipping
– Courier: FedEx

• Alaska & Hawaii:
– Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days
– Shipping cost: $300 flat rate per order
– Courier: USPS / UPS

• Canada:
– Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days
– Shipping cost: $300 flat rate per order
– Courier: USPS / UPS

Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (varies by destination).

Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (usually activated within 24 hours).
• Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially around major sales events and holidays.
• If tracking does not update as expected, please contact us; we’ll investigate within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

• If you contact us promptly after purchase and your parcel has not shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has shipped.

• In general, orders placed on our site are not charged additional taxes
