Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received them, with no damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other human-caused factors, and must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at contact@oasmobility.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 1 business day.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
If an order is canceled after the parcel has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount will apply.

OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Environmental Notice
Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to our service center or follow your local disposal regulations.

- How to Switch Modes (Look for the Motor Levers)
If you look right by the rear wheels, you will see two motor levers (one on each motor). They act just like switches:
- To Drive Yourself (Electric Mode): Push BOTH motor levers DOWN.
This connects the motors so you can glide along using your joystick controller. - To Be Pushed (Manual Mode): Flip BOTH motor levers UP.
This releases the wheels so a companion can push you easily. In this mode, you don't even need to turn the controller on!
Yes. Air Carbon is equipped with a 24V 10.2Ah TSA-friendly lithium battery, making it suitable for air travel.
OAS Adventure Pro has an IPX4 water-resistant design, so it can handle light splashes and brief exposure to damp conditions. However, it is not waterproof.
Okay for Light Dampness:
Wet sidewalks, damp grass, light splashes, and a brief light drizzle while moving to a covered area.
Avoid:
Steady or heavy rain, deep puddles, standing water, and direct water spray from hoses or pressure washers.
If It Gets Wet:
Wipe the wheelchair dry and let it air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not charge or operate it until the charging port and electronic components are fully dry.
