OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at contact@oasmobility.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 1 business day.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

Yes, in most cases you can, but it always depends on the airline’s policy and the battery rules. For OAS Air series (Air Pro / Air Ultra), the batteries are designed to be airline-friendly, but you still need to follow these general steps: Contact your airline in advance

Tell them you are traveling with a foldable electric wheelchair with lithium batteries.

A few tips:
We recommend removing the battery first to make the chair lighter and easier to lift.
Always check your trunk opening width and depth. As long as the opening is wider than about 26 inches, you should be able to load it.
If you or your caregiver are not comfortable lifting heavier items, consider lifting together with two people or using a small ramp or assistive device.
Yes, you can use air pro outdoors. Best on sidewalks, paved paths, short grass and packed gravel; avoid deep gravel/mud. Handles curb ramps and slopes up to ~15° with care.
The wheelchair has a water resistance rating of IPX4, which means it can handle light splashes from any direction.
However, we do not recommend driving it in the rain.
IPX4 is designed for light splashing, not for heavy rain, puddles, or high-pressure water.
Long-term exposure to rain may affect the electronic components, battery, and connectors.
For safety, please avoid using the wheelchair in rainy weather or on very wet surfaces.
If you are caught in light rain:
Try to find shelter as soon as possible.
Do not drive through deep puddles or standing water.
After use, wipe the chair and joystick dry and let it air out in a cool, dry place.
