- Lifetime Free Full Unit Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is verified in your Air Carbon after the 60-day return window, you are entitled to a one-time free full unit replacement. Upon OAS verification, your replacement chair will be shipped immediately once the return package is picked up by the carrier.

What’s Not Covered:
Accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, water damage beyond usage guidelines, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by impact, overloading, or abuse.

- Lifetime Free Wear-and-Tear Parts Replacement

Enjoy a one-time free replacement for designated wear-and-tear parts during your lifetime ownership. Upon OAS verification, we will cover of all designated replacement & shipping fees.

Exclusions:
This coverage applies to all standard wear-and-tear components except the motor, frame, controller, and battery.

Validity: Lifetime / No Expiration

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 60 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 60 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email contact@oasmobility.com at first.

Return & Exchange Condition

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.

All items must be in the same condition that you received them, with no damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other human-caused factors, and must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

gift cards are non-refundable.

Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

Initiate a return: Please email us at contact@oasmobility.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 1 business day.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@oasmobility.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

If an order is canceled after the parcel has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount will apply.

At OAS Mobility, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Under our warranty agreement, all new products come with a limited warranty:

• Frame – 5 years

• All other parts and components – 1 year

OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

• Equipment failures resulting from misuse or negligence by the owner.

• Parts requiring periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.

• Performance issues caused by normal use and aging, including deterioration of surface coatings or plating, or natural fading of resin.

• Consumable items subject to wear, such as tires, plastic components, glass components, and lubricants.

• Inspections, adjustments, cleaning, or other services performed by any dealer or service center not authorized by OAS Mobility.

• Repair costs incurred at any unauthorized service center.

• Failure to perform regular inspections as specified in the user manual.

• Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product.

• Any unauthorized repairs of the product.

• Operating the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, including overloading the wheelchair or using it in an abusive manner.

• Any unauthorized modifications to the wheelchair.

• Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal dust.

• Damage caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Environmental Notice
Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to our service center or follow your local disposal regulations.

Delivery Time

• Processing Time：Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time (U.S. Mainland)：1–5 business days | Alaska & Hawaii: 10-15 Business Days
• Real-Time Tracking：You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Cost

• Free Standard Shipping on U.S. mainland (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a $200 shipping fee
• Customers in the US do not need to pay any additional import duties or taxes.
