Warranty

At OAS Mobility, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Under our warranty agreement, all new products come with a limited warranty:

  • Frame – 5 years

  • All other parts and components – 1 year

OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Equipment failures resulting from misuse or negligence by the owner.

  • Parts requiring periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.

  • Performance issues caused by normal use and aging, including deterioration of surface coatings or plating, or natural fading of resin.

  • Consumable items subject to wear, such as tires, plastic components, glass components, and lubricants.

  • Inspections, adjustments, cleaning, or other services performed by any dealer or service center not authorized by OAS Mobility.

  • Repair costs incurred at any unauthorized service center.

  • Failure to perform regular inspections as specified in the user manual.

  • Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product.

  • Any unauthorized repairs of the product.

  • Operating the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, including overloading the wheelchair or using it in an abusive manner.

  • Any unauthorized modifications to the wheelchair.

  • Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal dust.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Environmental Notice
Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to our service center or follow your local disposal regulations.
