How it works:
- Email us at contact@oasmobility.com to request on-site repair.
- Please include your area, phone number, and full address.
- Our customer service team will confirm whether on-site repair is available in your area.
- Once confirmed, we will coordinate a repair appointment time with you.
- After both sides confirm the appointment, a $200 USD on-site repair service fee will be required.
- A repair technician will visit at the scheduled time to inspect and repair your chair.

Best for customers who prefer to send the wheelchair to our repair location.
How it works:
- Email contact@oasmobility.com to request warehouse repair.
- Our team will provide the repair address and shipping instructions.
- You will need to ship the wheelchair to the designated repair location.
- Once the wheelchair arrives, our repair team will complete the repair within 7 business days.
- After the repair is completed, the wheelchair will be shipped back to the original sender address.
Shipping Responsibility: If the issue is determined by our service team to be a covered quality-related defect, OAS Mobility will cover the shipping costs. If the issue is found to result from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or other non-quality-related causes, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note: If needed, our team can also help arrange a carrier pickup service.
