This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from our official website, www.oasmobility.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers or authorized dealers are subject to their respective return policies.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of product delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, without damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
• All original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
• Valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase confirmation, must be provided.
• All returns must be reviewed and authorized by OAS Mobility before the product is shipped back.
• OAS Mobility reserves the right to inspect returned products and decline returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
• The order must be delivered within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, other non-contiguous U.S. regions, or Canada are not eligible for this policy.

Refunds & Return Shipping

We aim to make the refund process simple and transparent. Eligible returns will be refunded the original purchase price of the product. Any additional costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, third-party payment processing fees, and handling charges, will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified below.

• Returns for Personal Reasons: If you decide to return your purchase because of a change of mind, an incorrect selection, or other reasons unrelated to product quality, return shipping costs should be your responsibility.
• Returns Due to Quality Issues or Defects: If your order arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or includes an incorrect item shipped by OAS Mobility, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@oasmobility.com within 60 days of delivery, providing your order number, product model, and reason for return. Photos or videos must be required for product-related issues. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details. Please do not return any items without prior authorization. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Accessories and Individual Components: Accessories, replacement parts, and standalone components are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, without requiring you to return the original item.
• Lithium-Ion Batteries: Due to shipping safety restrictions, lithium-ion batteries are not eligible for return. If a battery arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement without requiring a return.
• Damage Caused by Improper Use: Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Under our warranty agreement, all new products come with a limited warranty:

• Frame – 5 years

• All other parts and components – 1 year

OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

• Equipment failures resulting from misuse or negligence by the owner.

• Parts requiring periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.

• Performance issues caused by normal use and aging, including deterioration of surface coatings or plating, or natural fading of resin.

• Consumable items subject to wear, such as tires, plastic components, glass components, and lubricants.

• Inspections, adjustments, cleaning, or other services performed by any dealer or service center not authorized by OAS Mobility.

• Repair costs incurred at any unauthorized service center.

• Failure to perform regular inspections as specified in the user manual.

• Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product.

• Any unauthorized repairs of the product.

• Operating the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, including overloading the wheelchair or using it in an abusive manner.

• Any unauthorized modifications to the wheelchair.

• Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal dust.

• Damage caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Environmental Notice
Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to our service center or follow your local disposal regulations.
