We currently accept PayPal only.
To ensure secure, reliable payments, all online orders are processed through PayPal at checkout.

Not supported at this time: direct credit/debit card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.


How to Pay with PayPal (Two Options)

Option 1: Pay with your PayPal account

  1. Click Checkout in your cart.

  2. Choose Pay with PayPal.

  3. Log in to your PayPal account and confirm your shipping address and total.

  4. Click Pay Now. You’ll be redirected back to the order confirmation page.

Option 2: No PayPal account (Guest checkout*)

  1. On the checkout page, choose Pay with PayPal.

  2. In the PayPal window, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

  3. Enter your card and billing details and submit.
    *Guest checkout availability is determined by PayPal based on your region and risk controls. If this option doesn’t appear, please log in or create a PayPal account, or contact PayPal support.


Currency & Regions

  • Billing currency: USD

  • Shipping regions: As listed in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility is automatically checked at checkout.


Payment Security

  • Our entire site uses HTTPS/SSL encryption.

  • PayPal provides transaction encryption and buyer protection (per PayPal’s policies).

  • We do not store your full card information.


Order Confirmation

After a successful payment:

  • You’ll see an Order Confirmation page,

  • And receive an order confirmation email (with your order number and details).
    If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us to verify your address.


Refunds & Processing Times

If your order qualifies under our return policy (e.g., 7-day worry-free trial, 60-day quality-issue returns), refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

  • Typical timelines after we issue a refund:

    • To PayPal balance: usually instant–3 business days

    • To the original card (paid via PayPal): usually 3–10 business days (depends on the card issuer)
      You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.

FAQs

Q1: I don’t have a PayPal account—can I still pay?
A: Yes. If you see “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” in the PayPal window, you can check out as a guest. If not, please log in/create a PayPal account or contact PayPal support.

Q2: Why don’t I see PayPal Pay Later/Installments?
A: Pay Later availability is determined by PayPal based on region, account status, and risk review. Please refer to what PayPal shows for your account.

Q3: My payment shows Pending—what should I do?
A: PayPal may be reviewing the transaction. It typically resolves within a few hours. If it remains pending for over 24 hours, contact PayPal or reach out to us.

Q4: My payment failed—how do I fix it?
A: Try the following:

  • Switch network or browser, clear cache, and retry;

  • Log in to PayPal (instead of guest checkout);

  • Confirm your card supports international online payments and your billing address matches;

  • Contact PayPal to check for risk/limit flags. If it still fails, contact us for help.

Q5: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Shipped orders may be non-modifiable or may incur carrier fees.

Q6: How long do refunds take to arrive?
A: After we initiate the refund, you’ll typically receive funds within instant–10 business days, depending on PayPal and your card issuer.

Q7: Can you issue an invoice/receipt?
A: Your order confirmation email serves as a valid receipt. If you need a formal invoice, contact us with your company name and tax details.
